【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesguidanceontheselectionofmethod(s)fornon-destructivetestingoffusionweldsinmetallicmaterialsbasedonmaterial,weldthickness,weldingprocess,qualitycontrolrequirementsandextentoftesting.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesstandardstobeappliedtothedifferenttypesoftestingandgeneralrulesforeitherthemethodologyortheacceptancelevelformetallicmaterials.Trietestmethodsmaybeusedaloneorincombination.ThisInternationalStandardalsogivesguidanceonevaluationoftheresultsofnon-destructivetestingforqualitycontrolpurposesbasedonmaterial,weldthickness,weldingprocess,qualityrequirementsapplicationandextentoftesting.ThisInternationalStandardaddressesnon-destructivetestingofcompletedwelds.Examinationandtestingofparentmaterialspriortoweldingorbetweenweldingsequencesisnotcovered.AcceptancelevelscannotbeadirectInterpretationofthequalitylevelsdefinedinISO5817orISO10042.Theyarelinkedtotheoverallqualityoftheproducedbatchofwelds.Requirementsforacceptancelevelsfornon-destructivetestingcomplywiththequalitylevelsstatedinISO5817orISO10042(moderate,intermediate,stringent),onlyonageneralbasisandnotindetailforeachindication.
