【摘要】:ISO22717:2006givesgeneralguidelinesforthedetectionandidentificationofthespecifiedmicro-organismPseudomonasaeruginosaincosmeticproducts.Micro-organismsconsideredasspecifiedinthisISO22717:2006mightdifferfromcountrytocountryaccordingtonationalpracticesorregulations.Inordertoensureproductqualityandsafetyforconsumers,itisadvisabletoperformanappropriatemicrobiologicalriskanalysistodeterminethetypesofcosmeticproducttowhichthisISO22717:2006isapplicable.Productsconsideredtopresentalowmicrobiologicalriskincludethosewithlowwateractivity,hydro-alcoholicproducts,extremepHvalues,etc.ThemethoddescribedinISO22717:2006isbasedonthedetectionofPseudomonasaeruginosainanon-selectiveliquidmedium(enrichmentbroth),followedbyisolationonaselectiveagarmedium.Othermethodsmaybeappropriate,dependingonthelevelofdetectionrequired.Becauseofthelargevarietyofcosmeticproductswithinthisfieldofapplication,thismethodmaynotbeappropriateineverydetailforsomeproducts(e.g.certainwaterimmiscibleproducts).OtherInternationalStandards(ISO18415)maybeappropriate.Othermethods(e.g.automated)maybesubstitutedforthetestspresentedhereprovidedthattheirequivalencehasbeendemonstratedorthemethodhasbeenotherwisevalidated.
